This kind of fermenter is economy type with single layer, you have to cover insulation thing outside when fermente, our fermenter is mirror polish inside and outside with 1.5-2mm thick food grade stainless steel 304 grade.Nice welding line finish, no dead corner, easy to clean. With heavy duty clamp cap, it is easy to open, there is a hose barb/clamp ferrule on the cap, you can use it as input or airlock.3 stable feet can be movable or fixed.
Stardard fittings included of our fermenter.
1" or 1.5" triclamp ferrule on the cap.
1/2" male thermometer,3" face.
1" triclamp elbow for bottom dump.
1" triclamp ball valve as drain, butterfly valve is optional,but a little more expensive.
Sample valve with rotating racking arm one the cone, the sample valve also can be ball valve.
All requested clamp and silicon gaskets.
